In dieser Stunde entdeckst du die verschiedenen Formen des Yoga. Wir synchronisieren in der einen Stunde die Bewegungen mit der Atmung hin zu einem dynamischen Flow, der den Körper fordert und den Geist beruhigt. In der anderen Woche bleiben wir länger in den einzelnen Positionen und erfahren die heilsame und meditative Wirkung des Yin Yoga. Sei gespannt, was Yoga noch so alles für dich bereit hält. Es gibt keine vorgegebenen Abfolgen der Asanas, sodass jede Stunde individuell und nach deinen Bedürfnissen gestaltet ist.
